We at Techvalens believe that working is more is not the same as working efficiently. Our Employee’s mental and physical health is the priority at Techvalens.
If an Employee’s health is in good state, he/she will always perform better. One of the keys to better mental health is giving them time. We understand our employee’s passion. Techvalens management team knows what employee’s interests and provide them enough time to achieve it.
We offer a 5-days working for our employees. Leaving them two days a week for their interest. Also, the 5-days are standard 8-hours. We don’t believe in overtime as it effects the quality of work.
Our employees enjoy other holiday and perks as well. We all celebrate these festivals together with Techvalens. We want them to enjoy time with their family. We try to help our employees achieve a work-life balance.
Aside the general holidays and 5-days working. There are paid leaves and medical leaves. We understand the responsibilities on employees and try to ease them up.
